Event Support

Here at the Education Technology Department we work with you before your event to determine what audio equipment, camera, lights, and monitors are right for your meeting space. Then, on the day of your event, our audio/visual professionals set up the equipment at your site and remove it when your event is finished. The Educational Technology Department are also available to support your event from start to finish, ensuring a premium experience. The service includes:

  • Full-service scheduling, coordination, and moderation
  • Pre-event audio and video testing

To schedule support for one of your events, please stop by Educational Technology Office to complete an Equipment Request Form at least 1 week in advance. For video recording services or AV Support for a weekend event, please contact us 2 weeks in advance.

The Educational Technology Department seeks to assist your technical needs so that your event may progress smoothly and uninterrupted. In the case that something does not go well, we are dedicated to provide full support until the issue is resolved.

Available Equipment

Our main focus in the Educational Technology Department is to provide equipment to those looking to enhance their classroom or event experience. Audio/Visual equipment and services are available by request for faculty and staff for use to support classes and events around campus.

Anyone requesting equipment from Educational Technology Department must fill out an Equipment Request form and sign the contract on the form. If you plan to take the equipment off campus, you must also complete the Off Campus Request Form, which is available at the Educational Technology Department office (N318).

*Please provide us with a physical copy of your request form in order to ensure that your quest is received in a timely manner. This can be done by dropping off the form in person at the Educational Technology Department office (N318). The form must be signed. We do not accept request forms that are received via email.*
